FOREST CREEK COVID-19 UPDATES
Visitation Policy

Forest Creek residents can have unrestricted visitation and may go directly to the apartments.
We recommend visitors with a confirmed COVID-19 infection defer non-urgent in-person visitation until meeting the CDC recommendations for ending Quarantine.
Visitors that choose to visit during this period will be required to wear a face mask and only be allowed to visit resident in resident’s room. Resident should also wear a mask during visitation.
Visitors with the following symptoms should defer non-urgent in-person visitation until symptoms have resolved. Visitors who choose to visit should wear a face mask during visitation.
• Fever or chills
• shortness of breath
• cough
• fatigue
• muscle or body aches
• new loss of taste or smell
• nasal congestion
• runny nose
• sore throat
• nausea, vomiting or diarrhea that could be related to COVID-19
For visitors who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 infection, it is safest to defer non-urgent in-person visitation until 10 days after their last close contact. Visitors who choose to visit during this time period should wear a mask during visitation
