As a skilled nursing facility, we provide full-time medical coverage, with 24/7 nursing care and a full range of therapy services. You’ll also have access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as memory care services. Our long term care services include onsite dental, podiatry, optical and audiology services. So you can visit the dentist, have your eyes checked and test your hearing without leaving campus.

Award-Winning Quality
Our Rosa Coplon Living Center received a top-tier nursing home designation by New York State’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative. This Initiative is designed to improve the quality of care for residents in Medicaid-certified nursing
facilities across the state. They evaluate the previous calendar year’s performance, with skilled nursing facilities awarded up to 100 points for quality, compliance and efficiency. They also consider health inspection survey
results. Each nursing home is then ranked accordingly into five groups.
Rosa Coplon Living Center is also rated for quality by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, families and caregivers
compare nursing homes more easily and to help identify areas of long term care about which you may want to ask questions. The Nursing Home Compare web site features a quality rating system that gives each nursing home a
rating of between 1 and 5 stars. The organization considers health inspections, staffing, and quality measures in its assessments of skilled nursing facilities.
