The Patios Apartments of Weinberg Campus provides a warm, inviting, and tight-knit community. The apartment setting is ideal for seniors who are in need of a greater level of assistance yet desire friendship, bonding, and socialization. Our caring community features:

• A true neighborhood atmosphere where a small group of neighbors spend their days together.
• A private and very accessible studio room, which includes furniture, a snack bar with refrigerator and sink, and private bathroom with walk in shower.
• Residents receive three warm and nutritious meals prepared to order by our full-time dining staff. A snack cart is available everyday as well.
• Activity and social calendar driven by our residents’ day-to-day interests with a very personal focus.
• High family involvement in all activities and social events, particularly with spouses and children of our residents.
• A separate home care agency is available to provide flexible care based on changing needs.
• The Patios Apartments offers an a-la-carte recreation program called “Life Rhythms.” A menu of in-room activities available is provided to each resident to use daily or more often if they would like.
• Offer additional amenities to residents for convenient medical care, including dentist visits and transportation to and from medical appointments
• All utilities included; telephone and cable TV ready.
• Outdoor courtyards that allow residents the freedom to walk through a guided path or relax in one of the “refection” areas.
